Welcome to Exam Snap ("we," "our," "us"). By creating an account, launching text diagnostic scans, or utilizing the services within our mobile application distributed via the Google Play Store (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Age Restrictions & Security Boundaries

You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use the Service. Exam Snap explicitly checks account authentication passes utilizing official single sign-on modules. You are entirely responsible for the activity occurring under your secure platform login session.

2. Key Allocations & Virtual Assets

Exam Snap runs analytical tasks via virtual balances termed "Keys". New profiles receive a promotional allocation of 10 Pro Keys to evaluate early system capabilities. Daily standard key accounts are renewed every 24 hours up to a maximum limit of 5. Any supplemental credits earned through promotional reward actions or authorized Google Play platform transactions are non-refundable and tied strictly to your digital user asset container.

3. Responsible Academic Usage

This Service is engineered purely as an assistive educational asset. You explicitly agree not to use Exam Snap to violate academic integrity protocols, institution honor codes, or classroom regulations. Automated scripts, scraper algorithms, or excessive infrastructure connection spikes designed to override software boundaries will result in permanent account termination.

4. Liability Exclusions

The Service is distributed on an "as is" and "as available" model. Exam Snap makes no warranties regarding the absolute precision or contextual correctness of data outputs delivered via our integrated automated processing layers.
